Medium-intensity amber in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of brioche, acetone and butter.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Amontillado Sherry has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose completing with a medium-plus finish.

The safer side of Amontillado.

Bottle Note: Amber color, with vanilla and dry fruits aromas. Serve at around 14°C together with white meats, blue fish, cured cheeses and vegetables such as artichokes or asparagus. Very nice with spicy food.
