Tasting Note: Palo Cortado VORS is a rare breed within the category of Palo Cortado Sherry which itself is very small.

Medium-to-deep-intensity amber in color, this wine has an aromatic, pronounced-intensity nose of butter, brioche, caramel, heavily-toasted almond, bread dough and yeast.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied Palo Cortado Sherry has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a long finish.

Complexity abounds throughout the entire length of the taste with pleasing esters impart give depth and refresh the palate.
