Campestral White, Burbujas 2020, Andalucía, Spain
Tasting Note: A slightly-sparkling, low-alcohol, palomino-based wine with a heart of fruit.
Applesauce in color and opaque due to its ancestral-method production, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of pureed red apple, grapefruit, passionfruit, white nectarine, pineapple and blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied white wine has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose completing with a medium-plus finish.
The wine is straightforward for the most part, and pleasing for what it offers.
Bottle Note: Ancestral method with natural bubbles. Fresh, tasty, and fruity wine. Cool it. Open it and enjoy it!
