Tasting Note: An Oltrepò Pavese frizzante that is fun, fruity and with complexity you don’t often find in sparkling red wines.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of black plum, blackberry forest floor, brioche, strawberry puree and dried cherry.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied frizzante has medium-plus-intensity, black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and ripe, medium tannin ultimately completing with a medium-plus-finish.

The layers of flavors stack up each other well providing a complementary acid structure.
