Medium-intensity amber in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-intensity nose of bread dough, brioche, toasted walnut and butter.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Amontillado Sherry has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a long finish.

The wine is complex and would be an excellent introduction to the Sherry style that combines biological and oxidative aging.
