Tasting Note: A flavorful white blend from Uruguay filled with ripe, tropical fruit and bright acidity.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of pineapple, crabapple, lemon citrus, blossom, tangerine and kiwi.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied wine has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a citrusy, medium-plus finish.
There is complexity on the midpalate with persistent fruit.
Bottle Note: Trebbiano 70%, Malvasia 30%. Serima artwork by Nicolás Sanchez aka “Alfalfa.” Sustainable farming. Fermented with native yeast strains. Minimal intervention. SO2 only at bottling. Unfiltered, not fined. Harvested and bottled in Cerro Chapeu Rivera, Uruguay.
