Tasting Note: Some rosés have such a beautiful pink color you almost hesitate to drink them so you can admire their color, and this delightful rosé is one of them.

Salmon in color this wine has a nose of strawberry, cranberry, green pear and a hint of red cherry.

On the palate the dry, light-bodied rosé is smooth and refreshing with a sprinkling of tart pink and red fruit showing on the attack completing with a medium finish.

The rosé is medium in acidity and would complement a range of dishes or could stand alone by itself as a porch or pool-side sipper.

The wine is composed of grenache (77%), cabernet sauvignon (13%), rolle (4%), syrah (2%), cinsault 2% and mourvédre (2%).
