Corvezzo, Prosecco DOC Extra Dry, Veneto, Italy
Tasting Note: A delicate prosecco with a reserved appeal.
Pale-intensity lemon-green in color with persistent, small-to-medium bubbles, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of orange-and-lemon zest, bruised pear, blossom and starfruit.
On the palate the slightly off-dry, medium-bodied prosecco has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a citrus-infused, medium finish.
The wine is bright and steely in texture with a pleasant mouthfeel.
Bottle Note: Made with organic grapes. This is Giovanni Corvezzo, also known as the “Happy Farmer” committed to promoting a more sustainable agriculture and producing wines made with 100% organic grapes. This approach allows our wines to be lower in Sulphur.
