Corvezzo, Prosecco DOC Rosé Extra Dry, Veneto, Italy
Tasting Note: You are already familiar with prosecco, and now it’s time to meet rosé prosecco which has even more added charm.
Medium-intensity salmon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of red cherry, strawberry, cranberry, blossom and just-ripened raspberry.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied rosé prosecco has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish. The sparkling wine has vibrant red-fruit flavors running throughout the entire length of the taste.
You can open multiple bottles of this wine when friends are around and everyone will be happy with a little bit of sparkling-rosé sunshine in their glass.
Bottle Note: Made with organic grapes. This is Giovanni Corvezzo, also known as the “Happy Farmer” committed to promoting a more sustainable agriculture and producing wines made with 100% organic grapes. This approach allows our wines to be lower in sulfur.
