Tasting Note: Medium-intensity gold in color this wine has a nose of green apple and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied chenin blanc has a smooth texture and depth on the mid-palate through to the finish.

There is bright, yet reserved, fruit and some light notes of vanilla baking spice.

The wine is indigenous-yeast fermented and sees 15% new French oak in untoasted barrels.
