Tasting Note: A cabernet sauvignon with balance and which doesn’t overwhelm.

Purple in color, this wine has an intensely-aromatic nose of black fruit including blackberry and black plum, red cherry, violet and subtle vanilla baking spice.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied cabernet sauvignon delivers black fruit flavors suggested on the nose.

The medium-plus tannin structure rides under rather than on top of the fruit.
