Domaine Bousquet, Rosé 2023, Tupungato Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina
Tasting Note: This rosé wants to be your go-to rosé, and what’s in the glass is a persuasive argument.
Salmon in color, the wine has a nose of red cherry, strawberry Sweethearts candy and white blossom.
Some moments of concentration (unlike most rosés) emerge on the palate and extend depth to the florality suggested on the nose.
Bottle Note: “By nourishing the land and treating it with respect, the land will give us back its finest fruits.” – Anne Bousquet. Grown in the hills of Andes at 4,000 ft. Big day/night temperature differences for fully ripened fruit with excellent acidity. 100% organically grown grapes. Fresh red fruit aromas, yet flavorful to the end, with food-friendly, medium acidity.
Alcohol: 12.5%
