Domaine Louis Jadot, Vosne-Romanée Premier Crus Les Petits Monts 2011, F21200, France
Tasting Note: This ruby-colored red burgundy has red fruit (70%) and black fruit (30%) aromas that breakdown into aromas that include blackberry (20%), black plum (10%), red cherry (20%), red plum (40%) and strawberry (10%).
The fruit flavors intensify on the palate with chalkiness integrated throughout the entire taste rather concentrated on the finish.
This is a pleasing characteristic for a medium-plus acidity, medium-bodied pinot noir. Well done.
