Tasting Note: A Greco di Tufo with bright fruit, minerality and some depth.
Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of lemon-citrus, green pear, green apple, tangerine, starfruit and blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Greco di Tufo has medium-intensity, green-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a citrusy, medium-plus finish.
The wine is steely in texture, with some complex notes in the mid-to-back palate.
A significant Italian white wine.

Fermentation: At 43-46°F for ninety days due to this process is possible to obtain the complex aromas typical of this grape quality. Color: Intense straw yellow. Bouquet: Offers fully flavors of apricot, pear, pineapple and citrus. Palate: Dry, but smooth, with delicate and perfectly balanced minerality; fresh and long lasting taste. Serving temperature: 54-57°F. Food affinities: Perfect with all seafood, pasta with light sauces, white meats and herb cheese.
