Emiliana, Coyam 2016, Los Robles Estate, Colchagua Valley, Chile
Tasting Note: A supple red blend with plush black fruit and depth of flavor.
Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-intensity nose of black plum, bruised raspberry, blackberry, kirsch, black cherry, blueberry and blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied red blend has medium-plus-intensity, black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity, and ripe, medium tannin.
The wine is creamy in texture with hints of chocolate on the medium-plus finish.
A reserved, new-world wine that delivers complexity and subtlety in winemaking.
