Esporão, Bico Amarelo 2020, Vinho Verde, Portugal
Tasting Note: Filled with bright, vibrant, floral aromatics, this Vinho Verde sings of ripe, summer fruit.
Pale-intensity lemon-green in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of pineapple, green apple, pear, nectarine, gooseberry, lychee and blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Vinho Verde has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a lemon-zest-infused, medium finish.
The wine is steely in texture with a mostly-straightforward taste profile.
It’s low-alcohol and would pair well with seafood, chicken and light fare.
