Tasting Note: A Portuguese olive oil that boasts enjoyable savory and citrus elements.

This olive oil has a medium-plus-intensity nose of sage, lemon citrus, green olive and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied olive oil has a smooth, creamy texture with medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose completing with a medium, lemon-citrus-infused finish.

There is balance between the savory and fruity elements in the olive oil.

Bottle Note: Cold extracted at our press using only olives from the Arrifes grove, at Herdade Do Esporao, this olive oil is fruity, with light pungent on the palate.
