Tasting Note: A versatile white wine that would pair with many a meal — especially white meat and charcuterie.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of pear, quince, starfruit and blossom with just a hint of almost-ripened pineapple.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied white wine has medium flavor intensity supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish and a twist of lemon citrus.

The wine is creamy in texture with pleasing florality running throughout the length of the taste.

Bottle Note: This is an alluring white obtained mostly from the Venetian Garganega grape, part of which is slightly dried before fermentation. Intense aromas of citrus fruits, almond and peaches on the nose, followed by a palate which is refreshing and well balanced with a lingering finish.
