Medium-intensity amber in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of slightly-baked bread dough, caramel, well-done toast and butter with pleasing rancio elements.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Fino Sherry has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a long finish.

Caramel notes percolate through the length of the taste.
