Tasting Note: If Burgundy produced red zinfandel, this is what it’d taste like.

Impress a pinot noir enthusiast in your life with this elegant, lighter-styled red zinfandel with depth.

Medium-intensity ruby and quite pinot-noir reminiscent in color, this wine has a nose of raspberry, violet, red cherry, red currant and clove and cinnamon baking spice.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied wine is filled with just-ripened red fruit and white blossom flavors suggested on the nose.

There is medium-plus acidity and brightness in the fruit profile with balance between the red cherry and acid components.

Even better, this Old Vine Zin, is made under the Lodi Rules certifiable sustainable program so you taste and feel good all around.

Bottle Note: Farmed by the Perlegos Family. Native fermentation Lodi-Native protocol. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Ryan Sherman – Winemaker.
