Tasting Note: A fun, sparkling, pét-nat-reminiscent chardonnay with bright tropical fruit flavors in a zero-dosage style – something special.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, quince, honey-dew melon and pineapple with some lemon-citrus peel.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied sparkling chardonnay has medium intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.
