Grandview Vineyard, Chardonnay 2016, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania
Tasting Note: A chardonnay that sings from an old-world hymnal.
Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a nose of pear, quince, green apple, white blossom and melon.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied chardonnay has medium-plus flavor intensity along with some cinnamon spice and cedar.
The wine is medium in acidity with a touch of oak.
Enjoyable.
Bottle Note: Fresh fruit flavors aged in oak. Cheerful feelings to evolve. A festive mood or slower pace. A wine for any time or place.
