Tasting Note: A good, straight-forward Champagne with some hints of the yeasty flavors one enjoys in the style.

Pale-intensity gold in color with medium-sized bubbles, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of bread dough, green apple and pear.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Champagne has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium finish.

Would make a good bistro Champagne by the glass and would pair with many a dish.
