Haute Cabrière, Methode Cap Classique Pierre Jourdan Belle Rose, Western Cape, South Africa
Tasting Note: A porch-sipping sparkler for a slow buzz.
Pale-intensity salmon in color this wine has a nose of strawberry, cherry and lemon zest.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied rosé sparkler delivers restrained red fruit flavors.
Bottle Note: Proudly produced on Haute Cabrière – the Home of Pierre Jourdan – by classic bottle fermentation, honoring the pioneering spirit of the French Huguenot Pierre Jourdan who was granted our original property on 22 December 1694. Belle Rose. With a salmon-pink color, this dry cuvée is the most fruit-driven of our Pierre Jourdan range. Ideal for romantic occasions, but also a perfect partner for duck, mussels and seared tuna. “Come quickly – I am tasting the stars.”
