On the palate the wine is plush with medium acidity.

You feel the wine on the attack as it rolls towards your mid-palate slightly fading and then gaining flavor and acid momentum towards the back of your mouth.

The cuvée has a long pleasing finish. Additional flavors of clove and ginger also contribute to the complexity of flavor.

This wine serves as a blend of the white wines of this vintage year; a wonderful idea cleverly conceived, and more importantly well executed.

Bottle Note: This beautiful, off-dry blend of riesling, chardonnay and gewürztraminer elegantly combines the best character of what each grape has to offer every vintage. The result is an exciting, zesty wine – fresh on the palate with a lingering gentle finish that pairs with a myriad of food options, making it the perfect choice for any occasion. Gewürztraminer 8%, riesling 8%, gruner veltliner 5%, sauvignon blanc 7%, chardonnay 65%. Seneca Lake AVA. RS: 1.2%.
