Tasting Note: This wine is a velvet glove in a bottle.

Deep purple in color, red cherry and black plum aromas charm the nose along with blackberry, mint leaf and violet blossom.

The palate is silky in texture with plump dark fruit and dried field grass buttressed by soft, rounded tannins that cuddle the finish.

Pair with grilled meats, roasted portobello mushroom and Beef Bourgogne.

Bottle Note: Coming from our older vines, the grapes were hand-picked into small boxes, in order to preserve the fruit’s quality. This wine was foot-trodden and fermented in marble lagares, and aged for a year in oak barrels.
