La Ina, Fino Sherry, Spain

Tasting Note: A classic Fino Sherry of the sort that invokes nutty, slightly-salty notes that are the definition of Fino Sherry.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of almond, brioche, toasted walnut and dried lemon peel.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Fino Sherry has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish.

The wine is balanced with attractive lemony notes on the finish.

A Fino to repeat.

Bottle Note: La Ina is a very dry Fino Sherry with a bright, pale straw color and a unique aroma as a result of its aging under “flor” (natural veil of yeast). La Ina has a dry and crispy palate and it is perfect for pairing with sushi, seafood and smoked fish. Serve chilled.
