Tasting Note: A fine Palo Cortado Sherry that walks through the door comfortable in its own dominance without the pressure of needing to prove it is svelte, understated and delicious.

Medium-to-deep-intensity amber in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of brioche, bread dough, butter, slightly-browned toasted bread and roasted almonds.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Palo Cortado Sherry has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a long, doughy finish.

The wine is slightly creamy in texture with some buttery notes.

An excellent example of Palo Cortado to introduce friends to the wine style.
