Lustau, 3 En Rama Fino Sherry 2019, El Puerto de Santa Maria, Andalucia, Spain
Tasting Note: The most interesting Fino Sherry you’ll ever have that’s unlike any other Fino you’ve ever experienced.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of wild-muscadine-esque green grape, blossom and bread dough with some lemon-citrus notes.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Fino Sherry has a creamy, oily texture with medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium-plush finish.
Fino with a punch!
Bottle Note: The Lustau “3 en Rama” range offers 3 wines, one from each of the cities in the Sherry triangle. The mild weather in El Puerto de Santa Maria has a crucial influence on Finos. The “flor” grows in ideal environmental conditions. #Nofilter. Drawn from the cask and bottled without any additional treatment. It may show some cloudiness and sediments.
