Lustau, 3 En Rama Manzanilla Sherry 2019, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Andalucia, Spain
Tasting Note: A Manzanilla bursting with bright fruit flavors that are “en Rama” (unfiltered) influenced.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of almond, biscuit, walnut, bread dough and sea-salt.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Manzanilla Sherry has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity.
The wine is balanced with a bright, lovely, medium finish.
Bottle Note: The Lustau “3 en Rama” range offers 3 wines, one from each of the cities in the Sherry triangle. The unique microclimate of Sanlúcar de Barrameda impregnates the yeast growing on the surface of the Manzanilla with a rare sea salt character. #Nofilter. Drawn from the cask and bottled without any additional treatment. It may show some cloudiness and sediments.
