Lustau, Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry, Andalucia, Spain
Tasting Note: Amontillado captures the beauty of biological and oxidative aging, and this Sherry presents you with the best of both worlds.
Medium-intensity amber in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of caramel, walnut, almond, dried apple, marmalade, brioche and coconut.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus bodied Amontillado Sherry, is medium in acidity, high in alcohol and medium-plus in flavor intensity.
The wine is creamy in texture and completes with a medium-plus finish with aromas on the nose continuing to the palate along with fig and dried plum flavors.
The Sherry is very good in quality because of its flavor intensity and medium-plus finish.
