Tasting Note: A classic Fino Sherry that expresses the palomino grape’s lightest and driest style.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green apple, biscuit, brioche, yeast, caramel, blossom, yogurt and lemon citrus.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Fino Sherry is medium in acidity, medium in flavor intensity and low in alcohol with aromas on the nose continuing to the palate as flavors.

The Sherry is mouthcoating and completes with a medium finish.

The wine is good in quality because it expresses palomino’s varietal typicity and classic secondary and tertiary flavors.
