Tasting Note: A bright, fruit-filled chenin blanc that would be a perfect accompaniment to many-a-meal that showcases a distinct, South-African, warm-weather style.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of lychee, orange citrus, ripe pear, blossom and golden apple.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied chenin blanc delivers bright, summer-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity completing with a lemon-citrus-infused finish.

We use only the free-run juice (no pressing the grapes) to preserve its clean, natural character, refreshing acidity and delicious ripe fruit flavors. Style – fresh and fruity. Flavor – ripe citrus and tropical fruit. Food – fresh shellfish, poultry and salads.
