Tasting Note: A 15-year-old, bready, Amontillado Sherry done in a classic style.

Medium-to-deep intensity amber in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-intensity nose of bread dough, brioche, crushed-toasted almond and butter.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied Amontillado Sherry has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a buttery, medium-plus finish.

Worth keeping a second bottle.

Bottle Note: Del Príncipe is an amontillado selected from our oldest soleras. Intense amber color, it has roasted hazelnut and toffee aromas and hints of sweet spices.
