Tasting Note: A sauvignon blanc with weight, flavor and herbal hints that are sauvignon blanc’s calling card.

Pale-intensity lemon-green in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, pear, freshly-cut green grass, blossom and lemon-citrus zest.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied sauvignon blanc has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.

Complexity on the midpalate complements the acid structure.

A solid sauvignon blanc that is equally enjoyable by the glass as it is paired with food.
