Charmat-method produced this wine is medium-intensity ruby in color with a medium-intensity nose of strawberry, red cherry and cranberry.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine has medium-intensity flavor intensity and completes with a red-fruit-infused, medium finish.

Bottle Note: Fairy floss pink in color with strawberry and subtle herb characters on the nose. The palate is fresh raspberries and red apple with lively and bouncy bubbles. The perfect aperitif to pair with canapes containing duck, pork and smoked salmon.
