Pascal Kerbiquet Domaine du Bouchot, Pouilly Fumé 2017, Loire, France
Tasting Note: A good, straightforward Pouilly Fume sauvignon blanc that is characteristic of the region.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, grass, pear, green melon and lemon citrus.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sauvignon blanc delivers medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose with less grassiness on the palate and a touch of barnyard.
The wine is medium in acidity with a medium, slightly-lemon-infused finish
