Tasting Note: A robust Pouilly-Fuissé that drinks like a red-wine lover’s white.

Medium-intensity gold in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of green-apple compote, bruised pear, quince, blossom, pineapple, lemon peel and the faintest hint of vanilla baking spice.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied chardonnay delivers a combination of ripe-and-tart fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a long finish.

There is significant complexity on the midpalate along with a creamy, pleasing texture. This wine is very good in quality because of its flavor complexity, varietal typicity and oak restraint.
