Medium-intensity lemon-to-gold in color with small, tight bubbles, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green pear and bread dough with hints of salinity.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a long finish.

The mouthfeel is fresh with a somewhat steely texture even as it spent 10 months on the lees.

A linear sparkling wine that has golden, yeasty notes riding underneath flavor precision.
