Petit Bourgeois, Cabernet Franc 2012, Vin de Pays, Loire Valley, France
Tasting Note: This is a dry, light-bodied cabernet franc that would be ideal for summer red wine drinkers looking for something light but definitely still red.
It is simple in taste with medium to medium-plus acidity on the end. On the nose you get hints of strawberry red-fruit. You could also serve slightly chilled.
Not bad for a French Vin de Pays (i.e. everyday wine of the country).
