Tasting Note: A north-of-lightly-oaked chardonnay with generous green fruit and a nice acid structure.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of pear, vanilla, honeysuckle and starfruit.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied chardonnay has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported my medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.
Bottle Note: Our Reserve Chardonnay was made from our finest fruit, fermented and sur lies aged in American oak barrels at cool temperatures to maintain its natural character. This process ensures a smooth taste and round mouth feel with subtle oak nuances.
