Sybille Kuntz, Riesling Kabinett Trocken 2016, Mosel, Germany
Tasting Note: A classic Mosel riesling with characterful citrus zest.
Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of lime zest, lychee, quince, white nectarine, fuji apple and blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied riesling has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.
The wine is balanced with midpalate complexity without being too acidic.
