Tabor Malkiya, Cabernet Sauvignon 2014, Galilee, Israel
Tasting Note: An elegant and reserved cabernet sauvignon that shows the possibility of Israeli wine.
Deep-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of blackberry, black plum, raspberry and violet.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied cabernet sauvignon is svelte with medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose.
The wine is filled with midpalate complexity and body.
Bottle Note: This cabernet sauvignon was produced in limited quantity from a single vineyard at a height of 726 meters above sea level near the Malikiya Mountain, in the Upper Galilee. The crossing of a unique soil formation with an ideal microclimate in the vineyard, together with our viticulturist and winemaker’s meticulous style results in the production of a unique, rich and captivating wine. – Arie Nesh, Winemaker.
