Trinity Hill, Sauvignon Blanc 2016, Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand
Tasting Note: A tropical-fruit-filled New Zealand sauvignon blanc.
Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, orange zest, passionfruit, pineapple and white peach.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied sauvignon blanc has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.
The wine is creamy in texture with a tart, orange-citrus streak running throughout the length of the taste.
The wine is balanced and a great value for the price point.
Bottle Note: Typical characteristics of stone fruit, citrus blossom and passionfruit, with hints of grassiness and kiwi. The wine has the roundness and drinkability of great New Zealand sauvignon blanc. Enjoy with fresh seafood.
