Weisinger Family Winery, Viognier 2019, Avra Vineyard, Rogue Valley, Oregon
Tasting Note: A lighter-styled viognier with soft aromatics.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, apricot and starfruit.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied viognier has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish.
The wine has a straightforward midpalate that is expressive of the grape’s classic characteristics.
