On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Vino En Rama has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.

The wine is slightly creamy in texture with some pleasing fruit elements that make it an interesting take on Fino-Sherry-inspired wine.
