Galen Glen Grüner Veltliner 2017 Stone Cellar – A Grüner with a Kick

Galen Glen, Grüner Veltliner 2017, Stone Cellar, Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, Wine Casual

Galen Glen, Grüner Veltliner 2017, Stone Cellar, Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania

Tasting Note: A grüner veltliner with a kick that pleases!

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green-apple puree, quince and green grape with clove baking spice and hints of apple Jolly Rancher.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied grüner veltliner has some minerality on the midpalate supported by medium-plus acidity that is brighter than the 2018 vintage of Vinology.

Bottle Note: Masters in Vinology. The Stone Cellar is where it all began. And when you see the face on the bottle, you know it’s our very best. Six generations of growing know-how and the perfect terroir allow us to craft amazing wines through a balance of science and engineering. To respect the wine, you must respect the process. Are you ready to earn yours?
