Deep-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of ripe black currant, red currant, black cherry, black plum and violet.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied cabernet-malbec blend delivers flavors suggested on the nose, but with more restraint.

The wine has a plush, smooth mouthfeel and mid-palate flavor concentration.

While enjoyable, the blend is tentative in identity.

The malbec contributes to the wine’s red-fruit character while cabernet delivers black-fruit flavors.

You can taste the cabernet sauvignon and malbec interplay while the wine figures out who it wants to be when it grows up.

The God of the Winds, EOLO, capriciously summons the winds that make Mendoza such a distinctive winegrowing region. A deep ruby red whose plum-forward mix of red fruit aromas combine with vanilla notes from the 6 months aged in French oak. Trivento Reserve Cabernet/Malbec offers potent and persisting tannins in a well-structured body.
