Tasting Note: A solid rosé with actual flavor.

Medium-intensity salmon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of red cherry, strawberry, orange zest and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied rosé has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a red-cherry-infused, medium finish.

The wine has a steely texture and pairs well with a variety dishes such as the chimichurri chicken and quinoa bowl I’m enjoying tonight.
