Tasting Note: A dry rosé sparkler from Alsace.

Medium-intensity salmon in color this wine has a nose of strawberry, red cherry and orange-lemon citrus.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied, rosé sparkler has a creamy character with red fruit flavors suggested on the nose.

The wine completes with a tart strawberry finish and interestingly a faint hint of cedar.

Bubbles are tight and long lasting in your glass.

Definitely a sparkler to try again (as I did from this previous tasting).
